Forehead Lift – Browlift Surgery

Forehead Lift – Browlift Surgery

Browlift surgery or forehead lift in Scottsdale AZ

A browlift, also known as a forehead lift is a surgical procedure designed to improve the appearance of the forehead and eyes. Often times as we age horizontal lines and creases develop across the forehead and at the base of the nose. A browlift can not only rejuvenate the forehead, but the muscles of facial expression that cause these wrinkles can be targeted for selective removal. It can also provide a great improvement to heavy brows and droopy eyelids which can a give tired or sad appearance.

A browlift can be performed alone or combined with other procedures such as a facelift, eyelid surgeries, or laser skin resurfacing. The procedure can be performed as an outpatient procedure utilizing the classic “open” method where an incision is placed either along the hairline or further back into the hair depending on your specific anatomy or through using an endoscopic or limited incision approach for younger patients or those who do not require a skin excision.
